A breakthrough session is a two-day intensive therapeutic process that uncovers and addresses the root causes of a client’s distress. Day 1 focuses on exploring the client’s thoughts, emotions, and experiences to identify the main problem, while Day 2 is dedicated to running tailored interventions, such as guided imagery, role-playing, and reframing beliefs, to facilitate healing and transformation.
